I will be away over Christmas; can I make alternative delivery arrangements?
Yes, when placing your order please annotate your required delivery date or alternative delivery address in the Comments field.
Will you be shipping all books in one delivery?
All the items in stock at the time of the order being processed will be shipped in one delivery. Items not in stock when ordered will be shipped on arrival at no additional freight cost.
What happens if textbooks are not available when I place my order?
We expect all books to be available by mid-late December; however as the majority of our suppliers are overseas delays can occur from time to time. Customer orders placed against books that are not in stock will be allocated against the incoming stock order and shipped on arrival.
I’m having problems with ordering online. What can I do?

What method of payment can I use?
ubiq accepts all major credit cards including Amex and Diners. Payment can also be made by Direct Credit to our nominated account. We do not accept cheques.
What happens if a book arrives in a damaged condition?
If a new book arrives damaged or a delivery is short supplied please contact ubiq within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement copy.
If my child changes their subject options, can I return textbooks?
Books will be accepted for return for store credit until Friday 11 February 2011, provided proof of purchase is established and the books are in a resalable condition.
Can I buy other books through ubiq?
Yes. We can get in any book that is currently in print for you - in fact we have many staff who are completely dedicated to this! Either select from one of the headings to your right, enter in keywords or ISBN in the search field above or email us and we will be in touch with you ASAP.
Are ACG schools holding stock of textbooks at the school?
No, schools will not be holding stock. If replacement books are required, they must be ordered online.
How long will I have to wait between placing my order and delivery?
The books that are in stock at the time of ordering will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days of your order being processed. However delays may occur over the Christmas period due to couriers being busy. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after receiving confirmation of dispatch, please contact us and we will track ‘n’ trace delivery.
